FitScan ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our Shopify application.

      Key Point: FitScan does NOT store your photos or personal measurements. All data is processed in real-time and immediately deleted.

When you use FitScan, we temporarily process:

Photos: Front-facing body photos uploaded for measurement analysis
Height: The height value you enter for accurate measurements

2. How We Use Information

We use the uploaded photo and height data solely to:

Generate a 3D body model
Calculate body measurements (chest, waist, hips, etc.)
Display results to you in real-time

3. Data Retention

We do not store your data. Here's what happens:

Photos are processed in memory and deleted immediately after analysis
Measurement results are displayed in your browser only
No photos or measurements are saved to any database
No data is retained after you close the widget

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your photos and measurements are:

Never shared with advertisers
Never used for marketing purposes
Never sold to data brokers

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
Photos are processed on secure cloud servers
No persistent storage of personal data

6. Your Rights

Since we don't store your data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. Each session is completely independent and leaves no trace.

7. Children's Privacy

FitScan is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
